After complaining to a friend about how my painful cramps were, she recommended using PMS ICE. PMS ICE is the best thing that ever happened to me.I have a reproductive disease that results in chronic pain and frequent surgery. Although I have had my uterus and both ovaries removed, I still have to have surgery to treat endometriosis and scar tissue adhesions. While this disease would be tough on any lifestyle, I live on a farm and love to ride my horses. In the past, I was often unable to do the things I enjoyed because of pain, and had to take large amounts of narcotics, which would make me groggy.
